Agreement

As to maintain university compliance the best we can and prevent abuse, Uno Automation requires users to agree to a set of terms.

  • Answering no to the following questions:
    • Have you had ANY of these symptoms in the past 24 hours? (new and not from a known/chronic condition)
      • Cough
      • Loss of taste or smell
      • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
    • Do you have TWO OR MORE of the following symptoms within the past 24 hours, that are not from a chronic condition?
      • Fever (> 100.4 F / 38 C)
      • Chills or Shaking
      • Sore Throat
      • Runny Nose/Sinus Congestion
      • Diarrhea
      • Muscle Pains/Body Aches
      • Headache
      • Unusual Fatigue
      • Eye Redness with or without Discharge
      • Nausea or Vomiting
    • Have you tested POSITIVE for COVID-19 within the last 10 days and NOT been released from isolation with a negative antigen test after five days of isolation?
    • In the last 10 days, have you been in close contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19 and NOT been released from quarantine with a negative antigen test after five days of quarantine?
    • Do you have healthcare, veterinary or first responder work today?
    • To the best of my ability, I certify answers to the preceding questions are true and correct
  • Agreeing to the following statements:
    • The answers filled by the script are answers I would've put anyway if completed manually.
    • I will approve two-factor requests sent by Uno in a timely manner or face risk of account suspension/ban.
    • I will enter my CAS Password correctly or face risk of account suspension/ban.
    • I accept all responsibility for actions taken by Uno on my behalf.
    • I approve of the transmission of my password to Uno servers for the purposes of logging in for me (passwords are never stored serverside).
